What is a 3d Rendering and why is it important? |
| |
A 3D Rendering is a 3 dimensional Industrial Design drawing of your product/idea. It will give you a view of what your product will look like in a real life setting. |
| |
What if I don’t like the renderings or I don’t think they represent my idea. What are my options? |
| |
You are free to discuss, review and veto any of the sketches. As part of the process, you have the decision to approve the sketches before we move forward to the next stage of IDEAlley. |
| |
|
Do I really need them? |
| |
Yes. They are the magical part of IDEAlley. This is where your product really comes to life. |
| |
|
How are these renderings made? |
| |
They are produced on a computer software package called “Alias”. In layman’s terms, imagine a ball of clay that can be molded, colored and textured to make any shape or size. It is then made to look like your product with a series of Design drawing processes. This package was used to visualize shape, color and dimension on such movies as Jurassic Park and Toy Story. |
