IDEAlley Concept Sketches Questions and Answers

What is a concept sketch and why is it important?

A concept sketch is an artist rendering, usually done in pencil, charcoal or pastels which is an initial visualization of your idea.

What if I don’t like the sketches or I don’t think they represent my idea. What are my options?

You are free to discuss, review and veto any of the sketches. As part of the process, you have the decision to approve the sketches before we move forward to the next stage of IDEAlley.

Do I really need them?

Yes. They are the basis for the 3 dimensional Industrial drawing phase of the process. Think of them as the skeleton of your idea that the meat gets put around.

I need to give more information about my new product idea, so you can draw an accurate image. How can I get you this information?
