Welcome to IDEAlley. You have just arrived at a magical place. A place where ideas come to life. If you have an idea, invention or concept for a new product then you are exactly where you should be.

IDEAlley is where your new idea or invention will be visualized, realized, brought to life and legally protected with a provisional patent. We have provided a process that will allow you to take an idea, even if it simply resides inside your head today, and quickly give you the collateral you need to take your idea to the next level. IDEAlley will put the following 4 Forces in your hands:

1. Concept Sketches
2. Industrial Design Visualizations
3. High-Level Product Specification
4. Provisional Patent

Armed with your IDEAlley package, you will be in an ideal position to take the next big step in truly bringing your product to life. Whether your goal is to present your idea for funding to a team of investors, bankers or business colleagues, to present it to various companies for evaluation with view to a sale or licensing deal, present it to a prototype or manufacturing house for production, or simply to show friends and family your invention, this is the ideal format, quality of content and financial outlay to meet your goal.

The Process

1. Submit your idea via our online form
2. We review your information
3. We set up a consultation call to discuss your idea
4. A series of concept sketches are created and a direction chosen with your approval
5. A 3 dimensional industrial design drawing is created
6. A provisional patent application (12 month protection) is created for you by our in-house patent attorney
7. A complete package, containing all 4 forces, is mailed to you both hard copy and electronically

At the end of IDEAlley you will see a door. That door, if you manage to open it, is the opening to a vault. If your idea ends up in the vault then you will be in a select group of individuals who will have their ideas exposed to the next level of development. Investors, Design, and Manufacturing companies, licensing companies and large retailers, with your permission, will have privileged access to those ideas and may contact you to take your idea all the way to reality.
